      Welcoming energy is created by a clean driveway and tastefully landscaped yard. Trimmed hedges and bushes, colorful flowers and foliage and well-placed bark, gravel and other groundcover create an important and lasting first impression.


    1. Cleaning & Minor Repairs.
      Potential buyers notice – even subliminally – the most modest of details such as clean windows, screens, floors and carpets; polished door and window hardware; a fresh coat of paint, etc.


    1. Basic Staging.
      Heather will suggest ways to enhance your property’s ambiance. Some of the most common things include fresh flower arrangements, maximizing light wherever possible, straightening or storing clutter and introducing pleasing scents.

      One of the most important documents in the sale of your home is the disclosure statement prepared by you and your agent. You can avoid potential roadblocks later by having termite and pest inspections completed.

    When it comes to presenting your property to potential buyers, your agent is liaison, coordinator, host and much more. It is one of her top priorities in the sale of your home. When a showing is scheduled, allow Heather and/or the agent of the prospective buyer to do their job. Your job is to leave. Take a walk, go shopping or visit friends or relatives.
